Again, I want to share my experience related to noise analysis on Suzuki Ertiga, automatic transmission with ABS.
There was noise occur from engine area, front right, when driving the vehicle from OFF position after achieving speed of 20 kph, with engine speed around 1800 - 2000 rpm.
It was happen only once, after continue journey, the noise wasn't appear, but when switch off the vehicle and drive, noise occurs.
This kind of noise is called functional noise, because the ABS motor or hydraulic unit will activate the hydraulic pump in the hydraulic unit in order to initialize the ABS function.
This noise is a sign about the ABS was good and function properly.
